Specific formats
Gerex Coating provides custom cutting of paper or flat cardboard in specific formats, in order to adapt the support to the dimensions required for each project.

Non-abrasive paper
Paper and cardboard can also be shaped into discs, as part of the custom converting services offered by Gerex Coating.

Graphic paper
Gerex Coating also transforms the substrates into reels, large reels or rolls, depending on the shaping form desired by the customer.
Cutting and shaping capabilities of our papers and cardboards
Gerex has two format cutters: a Jaggenberg 1450 capable of reaching 150 m/min and a Speedwell 1650 capable of reaching 200 m/min. The latter allows for a maximum format of 1,550 × 1,650 mm.
A Hanssen rewinder can handle reels up to 150 cm in diameter at the input, with a maximum width of 165 cm. The minimum width is 8 cm.
Gerex also has two rewinders with a maximum width of 120 cm, producing discs from 1 cm as well as small rolls. The maximum diameter announced is 60 cm.
A POLAR guillotine cutter completes the shaping equipment with a maximum width of 114 cm.
