Enduction
Various products and layers are applied to the substrates: silicones, pigment layers or fire-retardant impregnations.

We notably cut paper into sheets and discs, using several shaping equipment.

Our winding machines allow us to work with different formats, from small rolls and discs to large reels.

Production resources tailored to industrial technical papers
A coating head enabling continuous coating of film-forming products or pigment layers. The machine processes a wide range of substrates, from 35/40 g/m² kraft to 500 g/m² recycled testliner, as well as non-wovens and certain films.
Equipped with 2 heads, it allows simultaneous coating of both sides of the paper. It is primarily suited to heavy weights from 150 g/m².
Maximum width: 160 cm · Speed: 200 m/min.Gerex Coating has a Jaggenberg 1450 and a Speedwell 1650. The latter notably allows for a maximum format of 1,550 × 1,650 mm.
The equipment notably handles reels up to 165 cm wide, produces discs from 1 cm, and performs cutting operations with a POLAR guillotine with a maximum width of 114 cm.
